The synchronous working principle of double head chamfering machine double processing head
1. Workpiece positioning and clamping process
1. Automatic material separation and alignment
(1) The workpiece enters the alignment roller through the stopper to achieve precise positioning at both ends and ensure the consistency of the processing reference.
(2) Align the positioning plate to guide the workpiece to slide into the center position of the main drive friction wheel to avoid the machining error caused by offset.
2. Synchronous pressing and actuation
(1) The pressing device (hydraulic or pneumatic) synchronously clamps the workpiece from both sides to prevent sliding or vibration during rotation.
(2) The main drive shaft drives the friction wheel to drive the workpiece to rotate at a constant speed (the adjustable speed range is 200-2000r/min).
2. Double-head collaborative processing mechanism
1. Double grinding wheel synchronous feeding
(1) Two sets of independent grinding heads or tool sets are fed synchronously from both ends of the workpiece, and the feeding speed and depth (accuracy ± 0.02mm) are controlled by servo motors.
(2) The processing parameters (such as chamfering angle 0-60°, depth 0.1-50mm) are preset through the CNC system to ensure the consistency of machining at both ends.
2. Real-time dynamic compensation
(1) Use a pressure sensor to monitor the contact force between the tool and the workpiece, and dynamically adjust the feed to avoid overcutting or undercutting.
(2) If one end is abnormal in machining (such as tool wear), the system will automatically pause and prompt an alarm to ensure the quality of double-head synchronous processing.
3. Processing completion and arrangement
1. Automatic discharge and circulation
(1) After the chamfering is completed, the pressing device is released, and the steel hook is lifted to the inclined track and slid into the collection tank.
(2) The next workpiece enters the alignment roller through the separator to achieve continuous production (single piece processing time ≤ 15 seconds).
Fourth, core advantages
1. Efficiency improvement: Double-station synchronous processing is 80%-100% more efficient than single-head equipment, especially suitable for large-volume metal pipe and shaft parts processing.
2. Accuracy guarantee: coaxiality error ≤0.05mm, surface finish Ra≤1.6um, meeting high-precision industry standards.
