1: Automatic surface grinder positioning

Every three months, the level of the workbench is adjusted, and each foot screw is tightened.
2: Surface grinder grinding wheel
The selected grinding wheel must be able to withstand a turnover speed of more than 2000m/min.
Do not use a broken grinding wheel.
The new grinding wheel must be balanced when the flange is installed.
Before the official grinding, the grinding wheel idles for 5 minutes.
The maximum feed stroke is 0.03mm for grinders below 800mm, and 0.05mm for grinders above 800mm
3: Automatic surface grinder spindle
Before installing the grinding wheel, make sure that the spindle rotates in a clockwise direction.
When starting the machine, the spindle must be turned on first and then the flush.
4: Surface grinder hydraulic device
Surface grinders use hydraulic oil with a viscosity of No. 46.
The hydraulic oil needs to be changed after three months of use, and then once a year, and the oil tank must be cleaned.
Check the hydraulic oil level every day, and the oil level should be between the lowest and highest lines.
Before the hydraulic motor starts, it is necessary to determine that the flow control lever is in the closed position.
You must turn on the magnetic suction first and then turn on the hydraulics
5: Surface grinder lubrication device
The lubricating oil uses a guide rail lubricant with a viscosity of No. 32.
Check the fuel tank (pool) oil volume every day to ensure that it is above the offline line.
Check whether the oil line of the guide rail is smooth every week to prevent oil loss on the guide rail.
It is recommended to clean the tank every three months.
Grease is refilled regularly according to regulations.
6: Surface grinder left and right mechanisms
It is forbidden to adjust the left and right strokes during the movement of the workbench.
When the steel cable of the workbench is loose, it should be adjusted immediately.
7: Surface grinder flushing and vacuuming device
The vacuum cleaner filter should be cleaned every two weeks.
The cold and empty water tank must be cleaned once a month.

2) Software failure caused by incorrect machine tool data and parameter settings. The current CNC system has a lot of machine tool data to set, sometimes due to insufficient battery power, electromagnetic interference, human error and other reasons to change the machine tool data, or after the machine tool is used for a period of time, some data needs to be adjusted, but not adjusted, then the machine tool will fail. This kind of fault can be eliminated as long as the corresponding data is corrected.
3) Software failure caused by incorrect operation. This kind of failure is often caused by operational errors when the machine tool is first put into use or when the machine tool is newly replaced.
2. Hardware failure
Hardware failure refers to a fault that must be replaced or repaired to eliminate a damaged device. Nowadays, the reliability of CNC systems is getting higher and higher, so the failure rate of hardware failures is getting lower and lower. The most common hardware failure is the damage to the output interface of PLC transmission IV. There is a problem with the PLC input interface, and the system does not get feedback information; There is a problem with the PLC output interface, and the amplifier components do not receive command signals and lose their function. There are usually two solutions:
